Ryan Coleman

Ryan has been working in every aspect of the title industry since 1996. Although he is one of the managing members, he enjoys being in the trenches with his clients, personally helping them find their way to a smooth and successful closing. Ryan has a strong connection and sense of pride with the Central Florida community, living just blocks from his childhood home. When he’s not helping customers realize their dreams of home ownership, he and his wife, along with their two children enjoy exploring the outdoors by land and sea.

Jennifer Bowman

Jennifer is a Licensed Title Agent with vast knowledge of all aspects of the title insurance industry, with over 20 years’ experience. Her career has primarily focused on title agencies affiliated with large brokerages, therefore providing exceptional customer service. She believes that every transaction is a direct reflection on her customer and does not take that responsibility lightly. With this knowledge and experience she will provide you with the service level you deserve from your title partners. Jennifer lives in Winter Springs with her two young children and enjoys spending time with her family at Universal Studios, the fabulous beaches Florida has to offer and cheering on Penn State football.

Amanda Sandroni

Amanda has been working in the title industry for over 15 years, and plans to do so for many more years to come. She has an unparalleled work ethic and her positive outlook is the rule in which she lives by and hopes to pass that belief on to others with her actions and words. When Amanda is not working, she loves being outdoors, reading, cooking, crafting, traveling or spinning the hula hoop.

Candace Twitchell

Candace has worked in customer service for several years and loves the daily challenge it brings. Candace excels at her position and enjoys learning all the ins and outs of title and the real estate industries. She works with diligence and precision on each transaction to ensure the utmost satisfaction of her clients from the beginning through to closing. When she’s not working, she loves watching sports (ROLL TIDE), traveling and going to all the theme parks!

Vicki Lucas

As a 25 year veteran of residential real estate administration, Vikki takes tremendous pride in her work and works tirelessly to process short sales and help her clients get their contract approved. She believes that the key to a successful short sale is communication and an active an invested agent and the seller. Vikki has countless satisfied customers who appreciate and respect the outstanding service and dedication that she provides to her clients.

Brenda Moore

Brenda is a Licensed Title Agent with an extensive knowledge of the title insurance industry, with over 20 years experience. The majority of her career has primarily focused on title agencies affiliated with large brokerages and lenders. Brenda knows that she is working for all parties in the transaction, which ensures that everyone has a positive experience. She prides herself on her organization and communication, so that you receive a professional closing. When she is not working diligently to get the closing to the table she loves spending time with her family and traveling.

Sherry Hamilton

Sherry became a real estate agent in 1988, but discovered her true calling in the closing room by helping people realize their dreams of buying and selling their dream homes. She officially joined the title industry in 1989 and has worked in all aspects of the title world since that time. Sherry has been with the First Service family since then and she now works as our comptroller. She loves spending time with her family, boating, fishing and swimming, but most of all spending quiet evenings with her husband in their home on the St. Johns River.

Anita Dana

Anita began her career in the banking industry over 35 years ago, but found her true passion in the title insurance industry. She sees every transaction as a story book; for the seller, the end of this chapter; for the buyers, it is just the beginning. Anita prides herself on her strong and passionate commitment to her community and her First Service family.
